MY GOODNESS… 2020 has been such a year! If it has taught us anything, it has taught us to pursue being flexible, gracious, and kind (and how much we all struggle with this!). The cold hard truth is we cannot make guarantees about shipment and delivery times. With COVID-19, USPS funding issues, hurricanes, and who knows what else, there’s only so much we can do. However, we can and WILL do our best to set expectations as best we can and maintain both open and candid communication.

We will not put the health of our team and community at risk to ship consumer products. People are more important than things. Thankfully a late delivery for consumer products is a fairly low-level life issue.

✔️ We are actively shipping MOST products within 2-5 days of purchase. We ship products Monday through Friday (business days). Due to staffing & social distancing orders, the warehouse is operating at about varying levels of capacity. We are doing everything we possibly can to be transparent and manage expectations as we navigate the global pandemic, which changes regularly.

🚚 Delivery Times. Due to everything going on with COVID-19 and the USPS, we are currently seeing more variable tracking updates and transit times. Obviously, once we provide the packages to carriers for delivery, we have no control.

Product Categories

  • Toy Products. Toys make up 95% of our catalog. They consistently ship within 1-3 days. Delivery usually takes 3-6 business days within the continental United States. You SHOULD receive them before Christmas if your order by November 16, 2020.
  • Liberator Pillows. Liberator pillows usually ship within 5-7 days. Delivery usually takes 2-4 days. You SHOULD receive them before Christmas if your order by November 16, 2020.
  • Lingerie. Lingerie usually ships within 1-3 days. As referenced throughout our store, lingerie orders are shipped directly from China and require longer shipping times of 8-15 business days. As of late November, we cannot guarantee you will receive your products before Christmas!

ℹ️. We cannot offer refunds for late delivery. We know this is disappointing or frustrating. With everything going on in the world, most of which is far beyond our control, we simply cannot offer refunds or returns for delayed delivery or orders not delivered by Christmas.
