Shipping, Payment & Returns

Where is my shipment tracking information?

👀 Please check your SPAM folder! 👀 Unfortunately, due to the to the nature of our products, order confirmation and shipment tracking emails often end up in spam folders.

Do you use a Gmail address? Additionally, if you have a Gmail address, you may need to check your Marketing or Updates tabs in the top bar on your desktop or the menu in your mobile app.

Will the shipping box be embarrassing? (Answer = NO!)

There is nothing wrong with our products, but we understand people appreciate discretion and privacy. Orders are shipped in plain, simple, boring, and uninteresting cardboard boxes with a general return address from one of our shipping facilities. You will not be embarrassed!

Are my credit card and personal information safe, secure and private?

Absolutely. We do a few things to ensure your security and privacy:

  1. All site traffic and transactions occur over industry-standard 2048 bit encrypted SSL certificate.
  2. Credit card information is NOT stored on our servers.
  3. Our store is based on one of the most widely-used eCommerce platforms on the internet.
  4. Our software is regularly reviewed and scanned for exploits and vulnerabilities.
  5. Our data and personal information handling processes are regularly reviewed for improvements.
  6. Select team members have access to the customer data and personal information.
  7. All credit card purchases go through multiple fraud detection systems before shipment.
What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards.

We do not accept payment via cash, check, money order or Collect on Delivery (C.O.D). We also do not accept payment via PayPal, although we will consider that in the future.

How soon will my order ship after successful payment?

Orders ship on business days, Monday through Friday, with the exception of some major holidays. We do not 

Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment. However, your order may be delayed for one of the following reasons:

  • Payment information is flagged as potentially fraudulent by our processor. In this case, we will reach out to the customer via email and phone to verify the order prior to shipping.
  • Your orders is place on a company holiday or the weekend.
  • Stock of purchased items becomes unavailable.

What shipping methods & carriers do you use?

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS at our discretion.

Your shipment should arrive via priority or ground delivery within 3-6 business days of purchase.

We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping. If this is something you are interested, please Contact Us and let us know.

How can I cancel my order for a refund?

This is always tricky. Folks want fast turnaround, which means we need to move everything forward as quickly as possible following purchase. However, sometimes people desire to cancel an order. 

Most orders are processed and sent to fulfillment within 30 minutes. This is true even on weekends because we want to make sure the order queue is complete and ready. We also want to make sure customers receive orders based on stock availability.

Our approach is as simple and straightforward as we can make it. If you Contact Us with a cancellation or refund request before an order is shipped from fulfillment, we will do everything we can to cancel it and refund your purchase. However, due to the logistics of order processing, customer service, and fulfillment, once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee that we CAN cancel the order.

What's the deal with the Kama Sutra? Why do you carry Kama Sutra products?

This one is definitely a little bit confusing because there are two discussions: 

  1. Kama Sutra Sexuality. We do NOT promote or support this. 
  2. The Kama Sutra brand of products. This is simply a brand of products. 

Kama Sutra Sexuality

“Kama” means “desire”, which includes sexual desire, and is one of the four goals of Hindu. However, the Kama Sutra (Wikipedia link) is widely circulated in popular culture as the epitome of sexuality. It is often referenced alongside Twister-pretzel-like sexual positions.

The Kama Sutra is an ancient spiritual text, written by the philosopher Vātsyāyana, in the polytheistic religious Hindi teaching. Many of the sexual positions are modified Hindu worship positions.

We believe sex, as designed by God, is a sacred and spiritual practice. Based on all this, we do not encourage couples to dabble in eastern mystic spiritual worship. 

The Kama Sutra Brand

As a company and brand, Kama Sutra, promote Kama Sutra sexuality. We carry the Kama Sutra brand because we simply see them as a collection of high quality products like Coca-Cola or Apple.  

Do you sell lingerie?

YES WE DO! Browse Lingerie. This is a particularly tricky category because we do not want to show the clothing (or lack thereof!) on models.We have to offer it in a way that aligns with Our Ethos. Seeing lingerie on your wife is sexy… seeing lingerie on models is borderline pornography, which we obviously do not support.

To offer lingerie, we have partnered a distributor that ships directly from China. This may seem odd to some customers. However, as you know, many of our everyday products are made in and shipped from China. Also, this is the only way we could profitably offer lingerie.

Orders are shipped in a simple white envelop directly from China with a USPS-trackable shipping ID, and requires 10-14 business days for shipping.

Why do you sell male pleasure sleeves and masturbators?

Candidly, we have historically not carried these because we thought men don’t have as much of a challenge enjoying stimulation or achieving orgasm. After much contemplation, we realized we were being a bit myopic, self-righteous, arrogant, and were outright ill-informed. How are they really any different than vibrators? They can be misused like anything else, but there’s only so much responsibility we can carry for those situations. 

Many customers have contacted and shared about their intimate struggles. to share  with men struggling with erections or pleasure. The reality is there are many unique situations where a “pleasure sleeve” or “male masturbator” product can be appropriately used by married couples:

  1. Prolonged Long Distance. Many marriages must deal with situations where they are away from each other for long periods of time. Some of these situations include: military, medical, oil industry, international business, and many others. 
  2. Special Physical Needs. Some people have special needs, lifelong illnesses, or physical limitations that impair their abilities, energy-levels, or physical movements for regular sexual intimacy. 
  3. Variety & Fun. If vibrators can be used for wives to have fun and enjoy marital intimacy with a husband… why can’t married couples responsibly use pleasure sleeve for fun?

Do you offer discounts to pastors or missionaries?

Yes we do! We started offering a 20% discount to pastors & missionaries in May 2020.

Please Contact Us so we can apply the discount to future orders from your email address. Unfortunately, as part of this promotion, we do not apply discounts or refunds to previous orders. 

  • For Pastors. Please use your church website-based email address. As you know, there is no reason to hide your purchases. Using your church email address offers appropriate validation of your role and accountability. 
  • For Missionaries. Provide some kind of context for your service when you Contact Us. We understand the importance of maintaining discretion about disclosure your overseas location.
